I think the best thing you can do right now is transition from texting to phone calls and/or real life meetings.
Texting is a good way to tease her and keep the interaction fun, but if you really want to get somewhere i suggest calling her.
A good way to do this is to give her a nickname in your texts. That way as soon as you call her and she picks up, immediately say something like 'hey *insert nickname* how are you?' This is a safe way to make the phone call less awkward.
From there you can pretty much talk about whatever and arrange a day for you guys to meet.
On a side note try not to leave a voice mails unless you can think of something really clever.
If you're too scared that she might not pick up or reject your phone call you could try getting her to call you. A good way to do this is to text something like 'OMG I had a dream about you and in the dream you were turned into a frog! Call me to let me know that you're okay.'
As for the day 2, anything should work. Just make sure as soon as you see her you start gaming her and lead the interaction. It's important that you take control immediately. A typical day 2 for me would be taking her out to eat or something. Another good trick i find is to play a game with her such as ordering for each other!! Let her order for you first then you can casually just say 'okay she'll have just a glass of water!'
Most of the time it's the conversation itself that counts and how comfortable you get her. (Hopefully towards the end of comfort stage, preferably working towards bouncing her to your place for sex)
If you can get her to meet you at your place and to come in for a bit while you go put on a shirt (or any other valid excuse), that's always a plus, and tell her you'll leave immediately. This way she'll feel more comfortable coming back to your place at the end of your night because she's already been there.
