Can a non alpha-male still effectively get girls?

I'm not shy or overly indecisive; I'm just passive, polite and typically not the focal point of a situation when coupled with more powerful guys. I'm still funny and relatively popular, just not an 'alpha male'.

Are my chances of getting a girl reduced? Or do girls respect the nicer, less brazen dude?

It's a lot easier than you think to become an alpha.

Just read up on alpha body language and eye contact, speaking, keep trying it with friends for a few days and soon you'll be doing most of it naturally, just catch yourself when your doing beta things and correct it.
