Love life for whatever it is providing you as an experience to learn and grow from. Sometimes hardships are the things that allow us to grow the most and discover who we truly are. If you need something to make you happy, then perhaps that's a really clear sign that you aren't happy with yourself and what you're doing with your life, or you would simply be at peace regardless of circumstance.

This may sound like bs, yet it doesn't matter what I'm going through I love life and I love myself for the things I experience and grow from. Even when I'm going through heartbreak and sadness or enduring my own personal brand of hell because of the situation that I've been put into, I experience it and enjoy the peace that stems from knowing that I am handling it as best as I can and doing my best to learn and expand from it.

I hope that helps! :)

If you're business is changing your mindset, then do something which would change it again.

Watch a TV show episode you always laugh about, listen to a song which really gets you smiling, have an ice cold beer..

When we're down, we should do those things which bring us up. Not lament on our condition, even though it seems like the easiest prospect at that time.

Great way to start out or when things get beyond your ability to simply change of your own free will, but the ultimate ability that one can aspire to possess is the ability to change ones state of mind without any external tools, simply internal desires, beliefs and understandings that once reflected upon instantly help one achieve any state they desire. At least in my own humble opinion.

I completely agree.

But, that's not a quality everyone possesses. It something to be acquired, don't you think?

The sad part is, people don't even try to acquire it.

It's something that needs to be developed over time; it is a skill and an ability that isn't simply born into us. Many skills that humans are capable of are also unadvertised and not well known to the general population and yet when we properly inform them of these skills that they can learn we notice that they then begin to desire to develop them for themselves as they begin to realise the benefits to them.

As I said, I think those things you mentioned are great ways to start down this path, yet without being told that they are only tools that can enable them to realise that ability that can be developed, they typically start to think that those things are the only ways they can feel that way and that's largely due to people like yourself telling them that that is how to achieve that state they desire (no offense intended, just an easy reference as I'm sure you understand). Rising above this as a species is something that requires group effort and continual self-checks, as well as the support of peers who are able to notice when we start slipping into our unconscious patterns and doing things that we KNOW aren't what we want to do and don't work as well as other things, but that are easier and more comfortable patterns.

None taken.

And you're right. I should have mentioned that that was just a way to start in the direction and not an outright solution.

It's good to get you on the path but the real thing is the feeling it generates, "That no matter whatever is happening in your life and how bad things can get, that resounding feeling screaming inside of you, in reassurance, that irrespective of the downs in your life... You. Are. Okay." When people start believing in that, well, good or bad doesn't really become options.

Nlp and tony robbins great for feeling better for yourself and changing your neurology to actually becoming a happier person. Find some things that you really enjoy doing that gives you fullfillment in life.

There are a few things that feed into my negative frame of mind but I found a good way to deal with one of them... People who take pictures of my merchandise without asking first, like amateur Paparazzi. I got to say it does feel good, if they don't ask why should I...lol..

I took this pic with my blackberry, it takes great pics during the day...
