Today I blew a potential chance to get a girl’s number. I went out with a good female friend of mine and some friends of hers this weekend. We all went to this sushi place off of Broadway, Stick Rice. Pretty nice place, slammin music, and they’re SPAM an iPad in the month of September. Anyways, it was nice to see a black waitress, a black waitress with a very nice sense of style. Fedora, cute face, body that passed. I was talking to her throughout the night, I talked with her about this drink called a Sake Bommmmmb, which was very cool. We had a vibe going, every time I talked with her I was giving her this very direct eye contact. When she ended up dropping some dishes while I was asking about desserts, I knew that I was capturing her attention.

Afterward, when my group was leaving, I approached her and told her to ring that gong when she gets off her shift (the gong was part of the whole Sake Bomb thing). We talked briefly about her just wanting to be off, and about the music playing, and the vibe was there. She was opening up to me, chemistry and everything. BUT, I simply failed to close. Didn’t ask for her number, facebook, a high five, nothing. I left with the feeling of empty regret. . .If you think you should do something, then do it. Someone said that. . .I agree. . .

Failing to Close has been a problem for me earlier on aswell, but when you actually realize that you HAVE to close, and you catch yourself not doing it (like you did now) closing will be easier next time, because you KNOW you have to do it!

You can't learn from others failures!
