First off, you're never going to be 100% moved on if you compare every girl you meet to her, even if it is just sexually. Not all women are into the same things, and it is very possible that you just had a kinky bitch. Beyond that, maybe it's just that a relationship gives some women the level of comfort to be more open. If you're meeting random girls at bars, clubs, parties, etc, maybe there is still some remains of ASD that says "don't try this, he'll tell every buddy he talks to for the next month about it."

Regardless, you can't keep comparing new women to your ex or you won't find yourself dating anyone soon.
