Hi guys. I applied to a new job, aced the interview and flirted abit with the interviewer. Its at a hotel, i will be a waiter/front of house, then moving onto being a bartender when i am 18 (2 month).

Before i get the job i will be doing 1 weeks no pay, as like an evaluation, this will be meeting the current staff, talking to customers and standing around like a cock. How should i go about making an impression as a suave guy with the girls there and the new Alpha?

I was thinking about saying hi to the receptionist every day and having a little flirt, talking to random customers when i enter, etc, its a 5minute walk through the hotel to my area.

Wait until your actually hired first then start after about two weeks you been officially hired. The reason is if you dive in right off the bat you risk a higher chance of a blow back. Waiting a bit then starting lowers that risk and people would have gotten to know you some.
