In a few of my previous posts I mentioned that this HB8 and I, we used to be FWBs but then I became too needy and acted like a boyfriend, which scared her off. After cooling down and freezing her out a little she warmed up, but she did mention that she didn't want any LTRs. She also mentioned that she gets jealous over me (not sure if it's just usual girl BS).

She said she'd come up on Monday, which she did, but all we did was make out (because she claims she was on her period). I was sick of her blowing hot and cold, and I just told her outright I was sick of such games, and that I didn't need to take this kind of shit from her. She said sorry and that she was confused because she didn't want to put too much attention on me because she gets jealous easily (sounds like BS to me).

She then said she'd "try her best to come up on Thursday" to meet me, but she canceled last night. She then offered to meet me on Saturday, which I said ok to, and then proceeded to plan out the weekend (which seems to be extremely AFC).

Any way to salvage this? Is it over?

P.S. I have been going out with other girls, but I do want to hopefully convert this to an LTR.

I think the first mistake you are making is that you're getting too attached to this girl.

"Planning the weekend"? That's a bit more optimism than one'd like to have.

Relax. It's just a girl. She likes sleeping with you. That's a plus.

Also, you didn't have to bite her head off if she did a little push/pull. Women do that naturally. It also just might be an indicator of interest on her end.

Just keep your calm. Be mature about the topic. Talk to her and make her see your point. It can happen.

Understood. What I really hate, though, is that she always says things like 'try my best' and 'i think we're doing this' so there's no definite way to get her to commit to a plan.

As for this weekend, she said in the end her friends might be going down to visit her and asked if I want to work around that. I told her to get back to me once she has a confirmed plan because I'm actually sick of planning something and then having it changed again. Was that an AFC move?

And I know I'm getting a bit too attached to this girl, and I'm trying really hard to change that. But she's been a really good friend so far as well.

hey man, from what im hearing is she is basically just fitting you into her time and just toying you along. I would just move on and show her that you can get other HB's. You shouldnt be the one trying to hangout with her, it she be the other way around. Be the alpha guy shes looking for.
