Sounds to me like she's testing you, she doesn't care about her boobs. She just wants to see if you're some shallow prick who only likes her for them, replying with something like "What? you're boobs are MASSIVE!" only confirms her suspicions and will end your chances with her.

What you have to do is pretend that you had forgotten she had boobs at all, and that they are the furthest thing from your mind. You get what you want by ignoring it, simple rule.
