I have tried to get her to come out 2 times, and she flaked both times, saying she wanted to come out but (insert excuse here), and everytime i go overtly direct she resists, but responds very well to kino and reciprocates, but will not be alone with me at my house, should i drop this girl and freeze her out longer then 2 weeks? (allready froze her out 1st time she flaked, yesturday was 2nd time in a row she flaked)

Did she flake or did she just tell you you already had plans?

If she flaked, just treat it like you would if an ugly girl flaked...she wasn't worth your time.

About what she's saying, there are some girls who want to open up sexually and are just mentally unable and then there are girls who just like the attention and want to keep you on pins and needles. Even people like run into these problems, as you will find one of each in the black diaries of his second book.

she doesn't treat me poorly, every time im with her at class (we go to university together) it feels like its on, she more or less seems to look up to me and constantly validates me and qualifies herself to me, i openly and directly hit on her, and most of the time she goes with it and escalates with me, but when i become too explicit she often backs off, but still seems positive, more of an ewww go away, and hits me on the arm while smileing kind of thing

the 1st time she flaked i invited her to go out to a fair, she was like, ok but let me finish this homework 1st gonna take about an hour?, I said no, why would i do that im going to the fair you should meet me there, she was like, ''won't you be nice and wait for me?'' and I was like, ''yeah ill be nice..... NICE AND MEAN, see you later'' then like after an hour she txt'd me and said, ,''I want to come out but i don't have a way to get there''

so i froze her out for two weeks,

yesturday I invited her out to go out, at 1st she was like OMG im so down, then 1 hour later she was like im stuck in class and im jelous you get to chill and im stuck here, so she kept texting me, i joked around a bit and eventually i cut the convo off and she never came out

My business is on a university campus and I meet a few girls like this from time to time.

I would Invite her out to do something fun with a group of friends, the beach, a party some event with celebrities. Something appeals to her interests. Then cancel on her once you really have her interest and tell her the girl you're out with isn't interested and just wants to spend the day alone. Tell her you're hanging out and cooking for her or something else that no guy would do for her. Then ignore her. She'll contact you after a week then your on your way to show your higher value.

FYI girls like this take time and they are usually good to keep on the side and practice the art of demonstrating higher value.
