I broke up with my girlfriend over a month ago,after a year and a half.
Yesterday I came back with my friends from a vacation, I was pissed off.
I have promised to my friends and to myself that i will approach every single girl i see,but i just couldnt. I dont know if AA is the right thing to describe it,I felt like its unnecessary to approach, and i must say that i know all the theory,i have read many books about pick up,its like,it didnt feel like its the time to start something(and when im writing this i feel like im giving myself excuses)
god im so pissed ! what came into me ? should i give it time,let it go?

First off, relax. There's no point in getting angry at yourself.

Second, if you dont' want a relationship, that's perfectly fine. There aren't enough people in the world who are happy with themselves and feel the need to either have a relationship or even fuck buddies just to prove to themselves they are worth something. If you're scared, that's bad, but if you just don't feel like it that's up to you.

You're out of a long relationship, and what I always tell guys after that is that getting laid or just flirting with every chick on earth isn't necessarily going to help. What you really wanna do is just have fun. Remind yourself that life is awesome even with a woman around. Then if a cute girl happens to walk by, go talk to her. I mean, these girls recently, were they attractive? did your friends drag you over to them to say hi/ I would hate that either way.

Gotta be happy on your own before you can have any success with women.
