I've read that book, and it was fun, but it's more of a story than it is informational.
I've also read his second book "The rules of the game" and done some of the tasks he has in that book, I strongly recommend his second book, it's more informational and more fun and it can actually help you to become more confident. Now I'm on my third book "Magic Bullet by Savoy" wich is really good and very informational and structured in a really easy way for the reader. I would recommend "The rules of the game" and "Magic Bullets" for you AFC's to read, after you read these books I think you should watch "Keys to the VIP", wich is really fun to watch and can help you understand some things like IoI's, girl codes, woman behaviour, how to be spontaneous and much more.
