So I noticed lately that I can't really close hired guns. And by hired guns I mean like really hot waitresses, hostesses, saleswomen, etc. I never know if the IOIs I'm getting are genuine or simply to get a bigger tip. Any ideas on how to tell? Maybe I should just be closing anyways

Best way to close a hired gun is this:

After making her feel good, and making yourself stand out from the typical customer. I always do this series of steps.

STEP #1:

Ask the waitress for a piece of paper (a napkin will work also), and a pen.

STEP #2:

Say...

You: "Hey, lets play hangman real quick. Fill this out...I'll give you a clue as to what it's supposed to be."

STEP #3

Write on the paper (or napkin) _ _ _ - _ _ _ _

FINAL STEP

Say...

You: "Here's your clue....'Lets hang out sometime'"

Then hand her the paper and pen.

90% of the time it works everytime.
