Hi is there any good books, PDF files or anything on here that specialises in Day Game? It's an area that I wish to look into.

The main issue for me is approach anxiety.

Also how do I access the private member zone on the top of the forum. Is it for paying members or?

There are books if you search for such things like Alpha Male i guess but i'd like to tell you something i told a friend the other day and that is this

When you approach do it because you wanna have fun or meet someone new like talking to a girl at a checkout counter, if you set your eyes on the prize you will constantly think of whats going to go wrong

Test = talk to people who are paid to talk to you anyway, you will learn the social skills to adhere to your anxiety

AA, the best remedy is ........practice!

Set small goals everyday. (like: ask a girl for time, for directions. When you are around, ask a girl what are the best clubs to go out. Or a bus/subway stop, ask a girl what she thinks of your tie/pants/blouse, because you have a job interview).

Above mentioned is all petty stuff. But don't underestimate this. Everytime you do this, you gain more self-confidence. Besides that you feel more comfortable to talk to girls. And remember, when for example asking a girl what are the best clubs, you will get questions back (what do you like? She will tell her favorite place), and you will develop skills to handle with questions like this.

AA is all in your head.
