this has happened to me twice. ill meet a girl have great convo, she will be showing blatant interest but in the end refuses to give me her number. i should use the word refuse but she politlely rejects my advances. what is going on? both of these two women have ties to me and can see me if they wanted to. ae they playing hard to get, and how should i handle it when i see them again?
