ive been gaming for some time now and never really understood why hbs say "i have a bf" when they really dont, i think they say it as a dhv and your reactions but like wtf? why would an available and possibly interested woman suggest shes taken?? wheres the logic in this? women arent really logical but its not like theyre stupid? so why is it that in the middle of a set i have hbs attracted to me and then they say i have a bf when later on i find out they do not? this makes me fuckin curious! any insight?

If she says she has a boyfriend just ignore the comment and keep going. It doesn't matter why she says it. I have little knowledge about how a microprocessor works, but I am still here on my computer posting this message.

Largely due to Hollywood, most believe in fate and and being swept off their feet to a proper storybook ending.

In the movies, nothing can stop our protagonist from getting the girl, so deep is his "love at first sight". And however unrealistic this is, that's what girls sometimes want. So if something like a fake boyfriend could kill your interest in you, then this isn't fate, and you must not have the "true love" their looking for. Twisted? Sure. But that's why it's called the game.

It's a blow off, plain and simple.
