I was out last night with some friends at our regular place. We know all the bartenders there. One working last night I've met only once before. My buddy knew her really well. Me and her had short talk a few times when she wasn't busy. She was walking from behind the bar to go smoke and I was pretty much checking her face out lol. She looked at me and I held eye contact with her and she smiled so I smiled back. That was the end of it. I've never tried to pick up a bartender. It seems extremely difficult to try and accomplish. What would some of you done in this situation? My game isn't to bad I've had some great sucess and it keeps me learning. I just don't know how I would go about this one.[/list]

first, three things you have to keep in mind:

1. she is a hired gun, she is paid to be nice to clients and gives client the feeling they are special.

2. She knows she is hot

3. You are not the only who has/or tried to approach her.

Hired guns are tough to game. I will start with Eye-contact/ neg/most social guy in the venue/ not needy. If she shows IOI, then go further with the theory

Say, "I wanna change it up... I'm always here... ever been to *insert a random bar*? Let's check it out... I'll let you take me out." wink and laugh out loud

Then see how she responds. Make sure you make it look like your making a move (as in an IOI to her) but act indifferent as to what she says.

Thanks yall. Most the bars or clubs i goto have some really cute girls working behind the bar. Ive always wanted to try to do it but just didnt know how. If you dont try or practice you wont get nothing. I just like to have some what of a plan or idea drawn out. Im a thinker for a few seconds then i just go with it.
