im interested in this older woman at work, and I want to ask her out for lunch. What can I do to build attraction with her so I can let her know that I am interested in her while we are out for lunch?
Hi man.
I am not such a fan of 'building attracting' like it is some sort car you need to build. To point out you are interested, be interested. There are some threads here on the forum that discuss making conversation.
But also, you are interested in this woman to do what? Just a casual lay or a relation?
In short:
ask her questions about things you want to know (like what is she passionate about, challenges), really get to know her. Dont forget that it is all about emotions, so slowly amp up the things she feels when she talks about them. You can do that by talking about it, in some slight form describing it. Dont forget either that you should control the flow of the conversation, so after a while, start asking or talking about more exciting subjects.
If you had fun, tell her and say: we need to do this again, but perhaps somewhere not work related, so we have more time.
cheers!
