Just a quick one really, my personal trainer sometimes does not always wear makeup but still looking f*** hot anyway. She will say oww i look ugly today im sure she as fishing for a compliment but i dont want to do what every other guy does and say wow your beautiful as i dont want to put her on a podiium i just kept my mouth shut any said noting.

I think i should of made a joke out of it but im a bit slow like hommer simpson lol
Maybe i should of said ...you dont look bad for an ugly person but im always worried about upsetting people saying the wrong thing

What do you guys say when a girl who is frigging hot says "oh im so ugly today" ?

I have one friend like that, "I look ugly", "I'm changing this dress", "my shoes look aweful"..etc, to me it all seems like insecurity, the type of insecurity that you don't fuck with, the insecurity that can make a girl cry. Depends on body language of the girl, you will see how insecure, if she's generally confident, be playful, but if she's always like that, I give her validation directly but no more, and make it seem like you actually don't care much!
