Ever since I began studying pick up techniques I have been experiencing a lot more than my normal level of anxiety. Why is that? It's because I feel like I am constantly on the clock to talk to and impress women.

I come across attractive women all day long where I am and it feels like I should always be approaching or attempting to start up conversations. It is occasionally quelled by a good chat with a woman (usually at my work) but it keeps coming back. Overall I have talked to a lot more women since starting off on this journey though so hopefully it is going to get me where I want to be (completely confident and unafraid).

there is a lot more to think about when you first start learning to apply game. you are worried about your value in your surroundings, keeping the flow of conversation steady, kino, etc. at first it will seem a bit daunting, but with time all of the techniques start to fold into your natural way of communicating and are less of a thing you actually think about. only way to get passed that wall is to keep on going and keep doing what you're doing. in the end you'll feel free and comfortable while gaming, just takes time.
