so i finally talked to this girl whom i see pass by at work. I work for a program that helps out with lil kids and we are located in the basement of a parks and recreation and this girl works for another company located in the very basement. For the first week I would just see her pass by and we would occasionally say hi to each other, but finally today i started a conversation with her...
*shes walking towards me*
me: heyy
girl: hiii
me: you look different today
girl: how so *curious smile on face*
me: you're not wear you're glasses todayy, i didnt recognize you at first
girl: *she approaches me and puts her hand on my shoulder and her face is kind of close to mine* and she tells me how her glasses are fake and she likes to wear them for fun and blah blah...just as she is bout to leave
me: you know we say hi so much to each other but I don't know your name?
girl: oh im srry my name is Emily
me: My name is Lionel
*she makes a comment about how she always sees me teaching the kids and such, and at the moment im teaching these older kids, who are Vietnamese, English since they don't know too much*
-i try to show off a lil bit and im like yeah guys(towards the vietnamese kids)aren't I a good teacher, and they all show back yeahhh good teacher lol because they knew exactly what i always trying to do as i try to impress this girl lol
-Over all i think it was a good interaction as i felt like the girl was interested in me, what do you guys think??
-My nxt plan of action is to try and get lunch with her, because i have noticed that she goes out for lunch, or so I assume. My question is how do I try to get lunch with her in a way that does not seem like I am tagging along in a sense like "hey are you going out for lunch can i come along?" because it looks like im giving my power to her.
-Even if she is not going out for lunch how can i ask her to go eat lunch with me
do i just be like "hey lets grab lunch together"

then shut the fuck up and let her respond, if she flakes then she should at least suggest another day or time, if she doesnt suggest another day then ignore it and focus on build attracttion until u see plenty of directs ioi, then try again

hahaha sounds good but i forgot to mention this girl is like older than im thinking she maybe 30ish or possibly late 20ish idk, the main thing is that she is hot though, but my friend did point out that age difference and it kind of scared me because im only 18 and i feel like she might still view me as a kid, and im not exactly dressed semi-professional like she is, im usually wearing a t-shirt and some basketball shorts..well do you think this might have an affect on my game...any advice for gaming older woman??

i can say that for most girls this age they see age as JUST A NUMBER even more so than guys, cos girls dont like being old and try to justify it as being not important

so as long as you act mature for ur age etc it shouldnt be a problem

Firstly, act more than your age and try to. Get good clothes and dress professionally.

Now, it might be true she was just being affectionate to you, if she's honestly about 10 years older, she might think of you as that dorky guy who has a crush on her, but she doesn't want to break his heart blah blah blah.

If she doesn't, good for you. Now, game her like a man. Be bold and ask her out for lunch directly.
