I am kind of new to night game/club game as I have just a few days back turned 18. I went clubbing yesterday with four other people.

One of them is a natural, So I watched him number close these two HB 8's, But when I started to approach one of them in their group, they just immediately turned me down, and I don't know if I was too direct, because I asked whereabouts they're from and I tried to make myself appear as local as possible (part of future pacing) so that I could potentially set up a meeting with her in the near future, But then I wanted her number, because the majority of the other targets in the Club started leaving. So I sort of just rushed into it, and said, "Hey, since your local just like me, fancy a coffee some time this week?". Then she just immediately said, "No". I was like WTF!? because the other guy who is a natural in my group number closed this other girl in her group really easily and was being very direct to start the conversation of with. So I just don't know what was wrong with my game at the time.

To conclude, I need some help with a few conversational threads/openers from which I can start from, because my opener at the moment is, "Hey what do you think of this Music?". and that, quite frankly is SHIT!!! Also, I need help on how to Number Close (Night Game), and also the timing of the Number Close.
Furthermore, this probably comes before Number Closing itself. But, how do I sustain a conversation for a longer period in a Nightclub, when there are loads of other guys trying to hit on the same target.

First of all, you didn't open the group, your friend did. That means initially DHV for your friend, and DLV for you.

the line 'where are you from' should be used as a pre-opener: it gives you the opportunity to find a social hook point, or to neg ('that's a village!'). The line itself is not enough as a 'Attraction'.

Then you have to show some DHV, being not needy. For example by negging. I could not identify in your post if you did this. THis is necessary. The DHV (not needy, neggin) distinguish you from all the other AFC.

What i usually do is to use a 'false time constraint' , before I ask her number ('hey, I had fun with you. But i got to go right now. Give me your number'). If she gives her number, you say no more (I'll text you soon!')
