hey I work at this program for the summer where i help out with kids.
our program is located in the basement of a building(parks and recreation) where we rent out space. But we are not the only ones in the basement and we share it with this other company down there as well. The girl I am talking about works for the other company and i at least see her three times a day as we sometimes pass each other. The first time I ever held a conversation with her is when our boss bought us food and we were eating in an open area in the basement and she was passing by. She was commenting on how we always have food, and I asked her if she wanted some of the food, and you know she lit up and was like yeahh you saw right through me blah blah blah, but she was trying to be polite and say noo she cant take any, but i was like naa go head its okayy, and she got some food and said thank youu. Ever since that day evertyime we pass each other we would say hi and kind of smile. This has just been my first week of work. I want to say more than hi I want to try and build attraction between me and her. I am thinking to myself what can I say from there starting nxt week. I was thinking nxt time i see her i can ask her how her weekend was (since it will be a 4th of july weekend)..we will get into small tlk but from there want that be all..i feel like after that there want me much progression. Someone help me and give me pointers on what i can say the nxt time i meet her and what i can try to build up on.
P.S. May age play a factor in this because I am 18 and im thinking she might be in her twenties, and whenever we see each other I am dressed up in like a t-shirt and basketball shorts and she looks semi-professional looking. Maybe how she views me (like a kid) may play a factor in whether i can building attraction or not?? lol well can someone help me on what i can do nxt like a game plan or something

I am in kind of the same predicament except I actually work with the girl so its easier for me to have a conversation, but I also have the disadvantage of having a whole bunch of guys trying to flirt with her 24/7. The age difference does not matter, you just have to force yourself to ask her something while she is walking by. Do not follow her just keep talking in a loud voice. Start with a question like "What are you doing today?" if she is interested she will give a long answer if not she will give a short one. Either way she is talking to you, after this you should try and slowly get away from talking about work. If she walks away after answering, don't say hi to her next time she will notice that you aren't chasing after her. If she stays to talk neg her about how she dresses, and DHV. You don't want to change to get the girl, you want her to like you for who you are.

Demonstrate higher value, something that demonstrates your worth her time and will not lower her down in her social circle. For example travelling to foreign countries, or a story that shows your a helpful person that does not get ditched. It should not come off as bragging though.
