I don't know how it happened, but I've suddenly been feeling strong lustful desires for a chick, but we were "enemies" in the past. When I was dating her best friend, we didn't see eye-to-eye, and we ended up hating each other. We never manifested this hate externally, but we both knew about it. Though I did scream insulting slurs when I was drunk in front of her friend once; pretty sure she told her.

Communication-wise, we stayed at the "acquaintance" level, a "Hi" here and there when we bumped into each other, but nothing more. Come the present day, I'm pretty sure the hate is gone. Liking each other's pictures on Facebook would make me think so at least.

We've never really talked and I rarely see her. Might talk to her on Facebook but it would be too random. How can I start things up again?

Oh, when we were enemies, she thought I was hot. She isn't friends with my ex anymore.

Don't tell me to pursue other girls. Been there, done that.

you sure she told her what nasty stuff you said about her?

maybe she didn't do so..or only gave her a hint rather than reproducing verb-atim what you said.

anyhow, bad-mouthing is the only genuine, never faked expression of admiration.

at worst you've already given a lot of push. it's now your duty to pull.

if you got a more personal way to contact her than facebook, use it.

don't try to apologize or explain the past..your reputation is harmed the most by what you say to defend it.

when she says that what you did was unforgivable, she has already started to forgive...
go for it.

are they still best friends? how did you break up with that particular ex? if anything it will only fuel the lustful fire to get with your enemy.

No they're kinda enemies now haha, how ironic. I broke up with her on good terms, it was getting weird.

You can use that to your advantage because now that they hate each other she probably shrugged off what your ex said as random female talk if she told her at all.

as far as starting the chat you said you "like" her pictures on facebook why not message her a comment about one of the pictures. "That outfit looks good.. well if you weren't wearing it ;)" or you can joke around get a feel for how she is.

you can "admit" that while you were with your ex you were into her but obviously couldn't do much about it etc.
