Right after finishing the Nathaniel Branden program for self esteem I bought the Life Challenge by Neil Strauss, thinking it would be similar.

However, after reading the first lesson, I have found that it requires to have at least one hour free daily to interact with other people. I work in a small B2B family business. I don't have customers coming in my office and neither I am out on the streets. Most interactions are done by phone and email. And later I go to college and work (usually) alone in the lab.

I can go out on Saturdays and Sundays, but on the rest of the week it is very difficult.

Have any of you tried the Life Challenge only on the weekends? How useful is it?

Are there any other non-live training programs?

Yea I bought the book about 2 years ago and the reason I didn't finish it is that some of the tasks require your lifestyle to be flexible, at the time mine wasn't. And because he keeps on insisting not to skip days blah blah blah, I just never finished.
