New to MPUA Forum

Hey guys I'm in a coed sports team. They are two new female friends who just joined a couple of games ago. The first meet went bad I didn't even introduce my self. The second meet went kinda the same they no my name but no convo or anything. So the third meet/game is coming up. So what should I do? Any tips would be great.

ps if this is the wrong forum..srry.
