Im going to try to word my problem the best way possible so bear with me. Im about to finish a stint on match.com that has without going into details a complete fucking waste. I have learned my lesson that i need to actually go out and meet women face to face and not online,but thats not the point.

Over what will be the year ive spent on this soul-numbing website,Ive only had a few dates. I got little emails without having to initiate contact and out of the MANY ive sent,most of them dont get responses (not even the "thanks,but" rejection email). Ive been sending the same cookiecutter email to get a response because ive given up trying to tailor each message to each girl. The best metaphor i can describe the way im feeling is a dog begging for table scraps.

Here in lies the point im trying to make. I recently got an email after sending one from this girl. Shes hot and she seems interested in meeting me. The thing is though, while part of me is excited, part of me is not because I dont know whether Im just acting desperate at this point excited that I just got a fucking response. I also dont want to let this pass me by because I might be passing on something good.

So if you read this to the end,ill confirm your belief by saying "Yes,I am an AFC",a REALLY FRUSTRATED AFC and i am far from a PUA. Id like some advice,pure and simple. Am i crazy? Should I see this through?

You stuck with it for a whole year, and now that you got a possible lead you're going to throw it away? And for what? Just because you're frustrated.
