How much energy should I bring into the set?

I tend to go into my sets with really high energy, and its worked well on girls with relatively high energy. But then on those more quiet/reserved it feels kind of disconnected and a bit intimidating?

Anyone get this?

From what I read you are supposed to try and match the HBs energy level.

If she's high energy, enter high energy

If she's calm and reserved, enter calm and relaxed
