Long story short. There's this girl that lives up in new york, i live in philly. We met in person, added her on facebook but didn't take it anywhere because she lives so far. Now i'm moving in the spring to new york and i want something with her. i told her i was gonna go and that we should go on a date in that week. she said yes and i went and she coudln't go on a date, but i went to her place and chilled. So i asked her after i left that we should go out agian she said yes to go the next day. I texted her, she didn't respond till NIGHT and said another day. I texted her the other day and said yes and she didn't respond until i was on the way back to philly. So i'm thinking this girl is a tease, How do i tease her back?
Should i make plans and then bail on her ? GIVE ME IDEAS ON HOW TO TAKE CONTROL OF IT AGAIN. Because she seems like hte type of girl who gets alot of attention from guys.
