Hello everyone...
I have been reading pick up on and off for like 2 years now. this summer im going to step up my game and practice so i can enjoy the last year of college coming up before i hit the real world. i attempted the 30 day challenge TWICE but failed to go though with it. I thank neil strauss for providing us ( ppl like me who couldnt get girls but will try hard to) with a challenge not only to get women in bed but better our lives overall.

BUT back to the point, can anyone give me some tips and hints on how to handle the 30 day challenge. What was your worst/dificult part. what was your best part? did u actually finish the 30 day challenge? any tips on how to attack this challenge.

I am giving myself two weeks to prepare mentally for the challenge. and I would appreciate advice from anyone who has done it. Im tired of making love to my hand LMAO. hahaha.

I started it one day and only did like 4 days before I started to read ahead and just directly contribute it to my life.

My friend is on day 29.

DON'T READ AHEAD.

The problem is that there is so much to know / learn. You simply CANNOT remember everything when you first do it. I did not do the 30 days and I'm kind of sorry that I didn't. Every PU that I do, I find myself afterwards telling myself "shit I forgot to do A, and B, and C, and I did this wrong, and that wrong".

If you start slow, and build things one upon the other, you will be much better off.
