how do i know when it right to go in for the kiss or get her number?

Joshua Pellicer sent a e-mail about this just a bit ago- and these are the best ones out of the five I read.
"I've put together 5 ways you can tell FOR SURE that
she IS attracted to you here:
1. If she touches you on the chest, hips, and
pretty much anywhere for more than 3 seconds.
5. If she repeatedly attempts to get your attention/keep the conversation going when it starts to die off."
Both of those are true, but the second one will happen more often than the first... Theres no universal time for closing, I've gotten numbers after 20 mins, and I've gotten them after days. One of the best questions to ask is does she seem to have fun talking to you? If shes making nick-names and showing IOI's you can probly get the number. If shes just saying "yea. yup. naw. haha" you need to change it to something shes responds to and before you get to the best part say you need to go and ask for the number

If you're looking for an indication of whether she's into you or not, then look for things called "IOI's." (Indicators of Interest) These could be anything, such as she's constantly twirling her hair in her fingers, blushing, looking down to the ground, scratching her face, touching you... the list goes on. Its up to you to interpret these signals correctly, and act on them.
