approaching on a subway

hey guys. i am sitting on a train and than there is this hot chick walks in. she sits in a way that the only way for me to talk to her would be to stand up, leave my place where i am currently sitting and go and sit next to her, given that she already sees me sitting on the place. is a little weird to do that, how should i approach her in this type of scenario?
