hi im from the uk im very new to this but looking for some tips. Im still reading the game and find it a huge eye opener.

In particular IOI (indicator of interest).
The slight issue I have is that there is a really hot new fitness instructor at my gym (literally right out of colleague) im not stupid and i know she needs to be friendly or she wont make a sale i.e. personal one to one training.

But I had one induction with her and wow feel like a luv sicky puppy.
The reality is now I don't know if her IOI's were just small talk or really was her taking an interest in me.

Id like to get some more lessons with her but don't want to enbarrass her.
Sorry if that aint the right forum but is picking up a girl that works at your local gym ok?
