Ok so I'm pretty much a complete noob to the world of PUAs

Any of you guys got any routines or day-to-day challenges that I can try out, just to get in the swing of things and help me get over AA?

Just open a shit number of girls- you dont need to close them.

That will remove your AA.
Just get out there and practise
