so i like this girl who's best friend likes me and basically the other day it was the girl i like friends birthday so i said on Facebook "happy birthday x" and the girl i like liked my comment and commented "cheeky" and i was confused but i didn't reply i thought it was because i said the same thing to her on her birthday anyways it was this other girls birthday to day and i said "happy birthday " and the girl i like best friend commented on my birthday message and said "cheeky!" and the girl i like liked her best friends comment and this is really confusing me because i don't know whats going on so could someone please help me !!.

also the girl i like doesn't know i like her and her best friend knows i know she likes me.

so could someone please help me because im sooo confused !

I have entered into PUA since i left fb, and I can see how all the little pokes and comment likes could be confusing. If it were me, i'd stop using game theories on facebook. The way it looks to me is that everyone is giving eachother IOI's IOD's DHV's throught all the poking and liking and not liking. You will go crazy trying to analyze all of that information and how it pertains to your game. I'm sure that fb is good for picking up girls in some cases, i have been seeing mixed results on these forums, but don't let it drive you nuts. There is an easier way. Just have fun and find all your IOI's with real face to face interaction.

so there is a girl that he likes which is his best friend. To another girl the OP said "happy birthday" and the girl/best friend he likes said "cheeky".. SO is he analyzing what "cheeky" means in relation to the "happy birthday"?

i'm pretty sure this is being over analyzed on his part. people do all sorts of things on fb for attention.

did you start liking your best friend before her best friend started liking you? if you liked your best friend first, no harm no foul. if the other way around, still let her know you arent interested but you shouldnt tell her you like her best friend
