Since looking at dating websites and personal experience (I'm 5ft 5") It seems that women straight away aren't interested in men who are of same height or shorter.

Is there any threads on here about overcoming this; if not, is there a way of resolving this?

every dude feal self concience about there height i read on here some guy 6 foot 3 that he feels to tall and threatning to people im 5 foot 10 and i feal short some dude was talking about his friend whose asian ur same height and is a naturlast basically its all in your head but i where 2 inch foot insalls in my shoes cause girls cheat in clubs by weiring high heels they go more than 2 inches style the mpua wore them the hes almost 5 foot 7 and most girls will go for u if you have confidene and tight game most girl will actually like you cause they wont see you as threatning u could go in pull tight game and leave with a hb easy

Yes but it's better to be too tall than too short. I'm very short ( 5 ft 5") in comparison to my mates and the rest of the men in the bar. So it's hard to establish dominance. Even if I had lots of confidence, women would still go for the taller lad next to me.

i read that have you tried talking to girls and acting like your height not a big deal or even an advantage or is it allways on ur mind and it messes u up

if you let it bother you then it will show. if you don't care than neither will anyone else.
