I'm a newbie here. I'm currently reading the game and i just finish "How to Succeed With Women". Before I start here's the coles notes on me.

- 25 year old male, Manager at Fitness Club
- Last seduction with a women was 5 years ago.
- I've been always used to hot women approaching me but that changed after the 1st year in University.
- I feel like Im lost when it comes to women, what do i say? How do I? etc
- Confidence has been an issue and lack of social interaction with women in the past few years.
- I've been considered to be quite good looking with women but when it comes down to a women I'm really attracted to I'm lost
- I feel like I lack flirting techniques.

Situation:
I'm a manager at Fitness Club with lots of women. My job is to make sure everyone is happy at my club. There's this really hot girl at my club that I'm really attracted to and who I would like to pursue along with many other hot women but this girl is exactly what I'm looking for. My friends still don't understand why I haven't been with a women since my last relationship (5 years).
Anyways, I don't know where to start with this woman at the gym. I feel there is an attraction between us. I just need some advice, how do I approach? How do I flirt? How to close with her number? I just feel this is more difficult with the fact that it's in a gym setting. I feel its rude to go up tp her while she's working out and I only have a very short interaction with her when she walks into the gym.

My first advice would be not to pick up girls where you work. I am a Fitness Director for a gym in the US and have maintained professionalism throughout my career. That is why I make a bunch of money while the guys who were banging our clients work under me.
If you are going to pursue then you need to take the lead. Don't act skeptical, don't act shy, don't let her know for even a second that you think there may be a chance that she doesn't want you. I learned through this career that women have a bizarre image of Fitness Professionals... the fantasy in their head is WAAAAAYYY cooler than the reality... so just try not to mess that fantasy up too much.

As per this exact situation, you're over analyzing it. Never think. Thinking is for women. Men are creatures of audacity, of action. Just DO.
