so heres my situation, i was at the hospital last night and got talking to the receptionist at A&E who was a solid HB7 if not an 8. Thing is about 2minutes in i realised i didnt actually want to date the girl so i just stopped my ''game'' if you can call what i was doing game that is.

anyway im wondering if i did the right thing, i mean would getting her number and getting a day2 with no intention of actually doing anything with her be a stupid thing?

would like some input on this guys

my question is should i have gone for a number close even though i dont wonna get in her pants? im not sure where to draw the line with this :P

It's really up to you but if you don't want to get in a relationship right now you could try...
"You look like you could be a good friend, give me your number"
It's natural for guys to put girls in friend zones like it's natural the other way around. Then if you want to get in a relationship with her, just use the best friend boyfriend method. :)
