I am having a little problem with one, younger (about 2 years) girl. She gave me few IOIs, also promised me that we have to go out on the cup of coffea, (she "suggested" that twice), but when few days later i tried to call her she didn't pick up her phone. Later, i sent her sms but she didn't responde. Another time i tried also contact with her, via sms, but also didn't get an answer. So i tried to punish her, and i decided that i will be a little colder for her, and what is strange for me, always after i am trying to invite her somewhere, she talked to me on facebook chat, or send me messages, but always ask questions/topics connected with for example school or other stupid stuff, she pretend like she forgets about my invitation, and don't even apologise for no answer. What is wrong? What is your idea to "punish" her? As i told you i tried to be a little colder for her, for example didn't response to her message, and when one day later she asked me do i have some books because she need them for her lessons i sent her very short message sending that "no." I am curious how to act in school, should i pretend that nothing happened, or maybe i should show her that she is really unserious, for example telling her something like "you are a little silly, because you don't even know how to press "response" button in your mobile phone" with the cocky smile or something like that.

Mate girls love attention and you are giving it. First problem is you constantly contacting her after she ignore your calls completly, the second try I would have stop. And probably tell her in fun and playfull way negging her .
She is mind gaming you so I would ignore her not being cold or anything friendly when she talk like she is (regular friend) But woulndt seek her if you know what i mean and would ignore ofc her attempts of winning you back( she wants to be the sun and you a planet , and the other guys revolving around her asking for her attention).

Treat her like a kid

NEVER bring up the times you contacted her and she didn't reply. That should never cross your mind after it happened, because you aren't hung up on one girl. Go a few days without initiating contact, and she will come to you. From there, ask her to your place/an event/something with a TIME AND DATE. From there, game as usual. Tease, kino, NLP, escalate.
