I have a friend who has a sister HB 9. I have never spoken to her but recently she was at an event that her brother was at and she gave me some strange looks that i took at good. I never acted on them but should have.

I was undecided whether to facebook message her or not with this line as she may just think im a weirdo, i wrongly did this :

' hey, do you know what a polar bear weighs ? '
( i was hoping she would reply ' erm no ? ' and i could say ' no neither do i but it sure broke the ice' )

she never replied and i am in a bad position now.

i need you guys advice on how to safe this situation and initiate cha with her after this poor move by my self.
