Never done it myself. You'll probably get criticized on here for doing it. I know alot of people who study pickup are completely opposed to it (especially if you're paying -- as it comes off desperate)

I don't think it's a bad idea. You know they're all single and looking. Here's some pointers:

-Dress well
-I wouldn't go by a script, but make sure you have some questions, stories, statements in the back of your head in case of emergency.
-Be confident. Everyone will be nervous. You have the upper hand by studying pick up. If you understand basic female psychology, you will do fine. Most AFC men are fucking clueless.
-Enjoy! I'd love if you post a field report afterwards to see how it went.

Anyway, It was actually pretty fun. The funny thing is that the best way to prepare for it is to pretty much prepare for an interview, dont have a boring script of questions and answers, but DO have some idea of what you want to say and improvise on the situation. And make sure to have some humor and confidence to make it interesting.

It's like the poster above me said, most of the people were nervous cuz we had never done it before. I only did well because I just didnt really care and didnt take it too seriously, which ironically may be the best advice I can give you.

I would love to do it but probably for all the wrong reasons. I would take the "tucker max approach to speed dating" which is essentially just testing out comedic routines/material. Though I have never had problems talking to girls i'm sure anyone going to the speed dating event is likely to walk away with a few numbers though i have a feeling the girls may be needy/clingy.
