this has always been problem for me but im always seeing or hearing that you shouldnt care what people think of you. but is it even possible and if so can someone please tell me how should you think a specific way etc
sorry if this is a bit desperate but i would really want to know how to not care and just relax

Its not directly linked to game but I had a conversation today with a colleague from work about going out to the pub on your own.

I told her that I was gonna go pub have a quick drink then go home, she was like on your own? I responded with a yeah and?

She said I could never do that I always think people are looking at me and thinkin that im a loner etc.

I said it was all in her head and people are wrapped up in their own worlds that they couldnt care less about you. Its all in your head.

Its the truth. Who cares what people think? most probably its all in your head if you think that theyre thinking or talking about you.

read psychology books and study some inner game material
