Hey guys. I was thinking about this today. I think that the very best pickup line of all time has to be "hello". No bullshit. Just say hi. Other variations are "What's up" and "Hey how ya doing". Give direct eye contact and say it with a smile. Then just start talking about whatever random bullshit you want to talk about. From here it does not matter what you say as long as you follow general rules of pickup (escalating, closing, etc). If she is attracted to you, it will work. She will most likely be attracted to you if you don't say it like a total pussy. If she is not attracted to you, you can notice from things like BL and IOD, then you can play it off like you are just being friendly. What do you guys think?

Before I even clicked into this thread, when I read the title of it I was going to respond with this - what you posted. Basically, the point is that your Opener DOES NOT MATTER. All this BS about having an "indirect" opener and asking an opinion and obsessing over what to say to start the conversation - it's all useless BS. All the other parts of pickup are far more important. Just walk over and say "hi, whatsup", and then bullshit with her while teasing her, push/pull, all the other PUA techniques are gold... but your opener really doesn't matter at all.

Haha ok cool. Thanks for the validation. It is funny because traditionally I think guys are the most nervous about the opener. You are saying it does not matter and I believe you. I still get nervous about the opener.

I mean in some situations there are even better things to say than just hi

"Damn!" (Then add whatever first popped into your mind the first time you ever saw her.)
