Hey guys, my first post around here, although I've been lurking for a while.

I wanted to ask:
I'm actually watching the video-series "Keys to the VIP", and there's something that intrigues me.
I've read NOT TO BUY drinks to targets, but 90% of these guys DO it.

What's the difference? Is it that the PUAs are offering them a drink, instead of the girl asking for it?

I'm kinda lost with that.

Don't go by the books, understand the concept behind "NOT BUYING DRINK FOR GIRLS" instead of literally following it.
The reason for that rule is because you try to avoid being supplicated and shower her with attention or make it seem like you're buying her affection.
In the shows, most of the successful guys buy drink after the girls earn it or qualifying herself, or they use it as an excuse to get their target away from the grp.
And keep in mind, those guys aren't professional PUA, they are participants. Watch Cajun episode, you will see the big difference when real PUAs step in.

Yeah, I've seen Cajun's one like a million times, and still amazes me.

Anyway, what you say, is what I was guessing.
