mixed signals?

okay, so this HB8 works with me and i see her once or twice a week if im lucky but when i do see her we do talk and the convos flow easily. the thing is she never talks to me on FB and im always the one starting the convo but when i do it will last a while, so how do i get her to 'approach me first' on FB and even texting?

when i see her in the afternoons or at work she always approaches me and starts a conversation, so why not the same on FB and shit when i rarely see her in person?
