I went to the record store today and seen the usual rock chick that I make conversation with.
anyway we were talking bout a band the other day and as soon as I walked in she put it on! so we talked bout the band for 10 minutes! (this is like first time we'd had 1 on 1 convo its usually a 3 set with her workmates).
and we kept pretty good eye contact but eventually after we ran out of things to say bout the band I bailed... I wanted to number close but she was working it would have been pretty out the blue.
so my questions are: was I getting major IoI's from this girl?
and if so whats my next move ? eg. how to get on to number swapping or maybe even an instadate?
gettin alot more confident but still only had the balls to aproach girls while there working.

When you were talking, did she play with her hair, did she touch you (arm, knee, hand), does she lean in to talk to you, if you hold hands and you squeeze hers does she squeeze back... The list goes on!

With your story, it's unable to determine if she gave you any IOI because you left out the details that would tell us that.

You holding a conversation for 10 minutes, I guess could be an IOI, but who's to say.

Seems tough to call, she could just be a friendly person. I personally think any girl willing to give you 10 minutes of their time even at work is interested at least somewhat. Especially if she replayed the music, that means she remembered you.
