Now before me and my girl hooked up, she was single and we were at uni. She grinded with this guy cos she felt low about herself (i had feelings for her at this stage), this was over a year ago and i still can't get it out of my head.

I just seen pictures where shes all over him and i felt like shit seeing it. We been going out for about 8 months now and this still bugs me. I don't wanna tell her how much it affects me because its her life and her business, and i know i shouldn't care what she's done but for some reason i think about it everyday! Now seeing pictures just made it way worse.

Anyone know anything i can do to make this better? Even tough love.

We can't do much about this, its all about getting your innergame under control.

Learn to not care about it. She is with YOU now. Love her, but keep a bit arrogance, You can live without her.

I'm actually a very secure person. I don't care about most things, but this really gets me. I see this girl as wifey material so i don't like seeing pictures like this.

live and let live, the past is the past you cant change what happened all you can do is change how you viewed it. Girls grind with guys... this is reality and you cant let such a small thing bother you to the point where your letting it effect your mood.

Now obviously I did not offer a solution right there was just trying to let you see where im coming from.

If i were you i would start with just trying to have a conscious awareness of the feeling when it arises and try to just label it as a mind created fear--for whatever reason labelin these things is a way to get better control over them

and trying to laugh it off(force the laugh) ... just ideas hope it helps... this is definitely a self esteem issue, maybe a real small one that wont be hard to get over
