Well, I'm new to this forum and I have been having a hard time the past few weeks. My girlfriend for 2 years broke up with me a couple weeks ago because I treated her unfairly and said stuff I shouldn't have for like a months time. That being said, I would like to move on from her (even though it's been extremely tough) and immerse myself in the pickup world and become better with girls and not an average frustrated chimp anymore.

MY first question for the forum members is this: A couple of years ago, I talked to a girl that was interested in me but she ended up not talking to me after a couple of weeks because i wasn't interesting enough for her. I have cut off all contact with her since then, and yesterday she friend requested me on Facebook (after 4+ years of no contact), she is single and I want to get an easy lay out of this. My question is how should I approach her? I don't have her number, just facebook. Thanks

What's up with these girls telling guys flat out that they're not interesting or they're ugly? How old are you?

Send an initial email (not on her Wall) telling her hello again. Don't tell her you've missed her or that she looks good, but be playful and flirty. Get two or three of those back and forth. Notice her response time. Maybe come back to this thread and tell us what they said. After that simply ask for the phone number and that's it in one email. "What's your phone number?", and leave it at that. No texting. Break contact and disappear. If she contacts you between any dates in the future or now that you've got the number, and she asks for yours, and you give it to her don't pick up or text right back, but do return calls. Keep it short and let her know you've got to be going.

Assuming you get that wait 5 or 6 days to call her. Don't call her on a weekend. Call her on a Wednesday and make a date for the following Monday or Tuesday. Depending on her vibe in the emails I might go for a short coffee date to get the attraction built up again. Girls love the build up. If she has strong buying signals during the coffee date kiss her goodbye. By kissing her, leaving, and not pushing for anything else here you're building the attraction. Wait another 5 or 6 days with no contact then make another date for a cool hip restaurant. Nothing fancy. Again, don't make a date on a Friday or Saturday (challenge and mystery about what you're doing). If you're of age bring a little alcohol during or after dinner into the mix, be cocky and funny, don't laugh at your own jokes, and keep the conversation light. Go back to your house to get what you want.

She responded very quickly (within an hour) with hello. Should I proceed with a neg or something else?

Tomorrow respond with the reply. What else did she say? You have to have something to play off of before you give her a back-handed compliment.

Also, I didn't mean to just say 'hello' and that's it. Tell us exactly what you write her.

I wrote "Hello again", I know it's not much but I was trying to not be too fancy and just get a response. Tomorrow I will respond with something along the lines of "I feel like we haven't seen each other in forever, how have you been?"

I might be wrong and jumping to conclusions too early, but if all she wrote was 'hello' in response that's already a bad sign. She's not giving you anything to work with. You have to establish some kind of rapport. I don't like your response. Let me think about it, and I'll get back to this thread tonight.
