Okay i have been trying to become more of an Alpha but my god its hard because you always slip back into your old habbits, how do you get people to notice your an Alpha and to establish your self as the leader of your group

Surround yourself with leaders and real Alpha's and you will absorb a lot from them.

Have you ever noticed how leaders and these so called Alpha's are friends with other leaders and dominator's? It's not a coincidence.

You spend time with people and you absorb aspects of their behavior. If you're friends with a bunch of AFC's and Beta's you're not going to get far. You may be able to dominate them but dominating the higher up's is a different kettle of fish. Find people who are true leaders, people who really command respect from their peers and you'll soon find yourself commanding respect from others.

this is how i became - become alpha : 1. inner game ... 2 pickup game ..

the way to : Going out alone ; not hooking up with afc faggots and desensitize from the nighttime enviroment. Someone who is alpha sets himself apart from the rest ... nobody goes out on his own - and im a firm believer this will create more confidence over time than someone who goes out with wings/friends.
Not giving a shit what other think about you .. again desensitize...

2 pickup game :

work on your vocal tones , work on body language , work on lines
after this work on your calibration.

idea ---- > try idea --- > positive result : adopt this idea and work it out

i had nobody to go out with and i never been in nightclubs untill i was 20..... i never go out before that anyway ..... i just go out on my own and yeah it was tough , multiple rejections, anxiety and all that shit but over time you will get good at it - the more you preperate with knowledge the more you will learn from your experiences thus become good in a short period.

but even if you're not having this knowledge you will still learn it.

now .... what is alpha? ... what is a alpha male ? is it someone who can get any girl he likes? .... is it someone who doesn't care what others think of him? , is it someone who is rooted in his own personality ? just find out what alpha means for you , and work on it. Don't absorb behaviours from other tools in clubs because 90 % f those people are messed up

For me, a lot of it has come with life experiences and maturity. I'm an only child too, and I think has added immensely to my independent nature. I can just tell when other alphas (or guys who think they're alpha) hate me. A real alpha doesn't hate, but acquires an attitude of not caring about the static in the world.
