Hey,

If anyone knows. What food should I be eating before sarging (if I am a vegetarian?)

Because I want to conserve my energy well and convey to my target that I have a strong stage. If this doesn't happen, I usually have to little energy to open.

Cheers

Vay

Let me suggest:

Pasta, Brown Wholegrain Bread, Brown Rice, Potatoes. [Pick 1 of these]

Some veg.

Meat: Whatever you veggies substitute for meat. Personally I think you're all silly unless it's a medical issue that you're not eating meat ;P

And whatever else you'd like...seasoning, sauce..whatevs :|

Surely it's just a diet which involves high energy foods.. so a diet similar to say a footballer. Get your carbohydrates involved and you're on to a winner.

If I was feeling knackered i'd have a powerade or something, I can't stand redbull!

Personally though I think we're clutching at straws if we're focussing on diets when it comes to social interaction, get to bed earlier! :P

You can make a nice veggie risotto from wholegrain rice, veggies, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and seasoning to taste. Add some grained cheese on top or alternatively use some tofu if you're vegan.

Or, wholegrain spaghetti or pasta alla Milanese - basically only tomato sauce and seasoning, I make it with garlic (don't if you're going sarging, although it's not strong at all after it's sautéed) use extra olive oil to get some fats as well + grained cheese if you wish - more fat and some protein, will keep you fuller. Make a small bowl of mixed salad with red beans (protein) especially if you skip the cheese.

If you like mexican food you can get some wholegrain (preferably) or even corn tortillas and fill them with a filling. I make the filling like this. Sauté some onions and peppers, add tomato sauce, let it simmer. Season as you wish, I like spicy. Add some red beans (and corn) at the end. It should be thick enough to make a nice filling. You can even add some fresh veggies in the tortillas, I add fresh green cabbage sometimes. You can add some creme fraiche (this sounds like south park LOL) and grained cheese on top, if you're vegan make some guacamole (nice healthy fat).

Whatever you do, make sure you get your carbs, some protein and fat in one meal. The fat is really important if you drink alcohol, it will keep it on top and you won't get intoxicated fast. If you need some recipes or advice on preparing the food, feel free to ask. Cheers!
