Ive always been big my whole life. not fat but just large. About 6-7 months ago i moved to a diffrent city to study.
There i didnt work out or anything. So gain weight about 15-20 kg. So now im 192cm and weigh 105 kg.
Ive started working out again and playing basketball and all kinds of sports, so im losing weight.

But my question is, Should i wait with until ive lost some weight or should i start going out with girls again?
Right now i dont like to go out with girls anymore(sometimes i dont go out with my friends either), because i see my self "fat" when im not really fat just bigger then normal. Im not used to see myself like this.

There is a girl ive been talking to online, we went on the same school together but we dont know eachother, we never even seen eachother at school. she just randomly added me on facebook. But now i dont "dare" to ask her out cuz I dont want her to see me this way. Is this just me being an idiot and making an excuse not to ask her out or is there any logics behind it?

You guys know what i want to hear(you should go out and not care about your weight) but i really want to know what you guys(girls?) think about this?

Sorry for my poor English im really tired!

Any answers is appreciated! Thx =D

Just dress yourself well, don't show you are worried about your weight and go out chasing skirts. If you are being rejected, it's not the weight thing.

I know a guy who has his own gravity field and still married a HB7.

you can still be in the process of losing weight AND approaching women.. after all, why lose precious time when you can gain experience with girls? by the time you look the way you want to look, you will have experience as well

You really dont have to be any certain weight to pull alot of girls. I applaud your efforts to lose weight but dont feel like you NEED to lose that weight before you can be loved by a woman.

Im on the opposite end of the spectrum. Im a short guy with a bit of a napoleon complex and a while back I was pretty scrawny too. It was fine when I was younger because I still got attention from the young girls for having a young face. As you get older...looking like a little boy wasn't helping me get college aged chicks.

At first I was focused solely on bulking up. I wanted to become MASSIVE. I was lifting weights, eating all kinds of shit, and pushing myself to get bigger. While I did get a bit of muscle on me, I got tired of it quick because they're wasn't really any motivation behind ALL of that work besides being noticed more by women. I could have just said fuck it and stopped altogether but I decided to pursue a dream of mine so I could have a real reason to bust my ass. That's why I took up boxing.

Currently, im a welterweight but boxing fulfills me. Has gotten me in the greatest shape of my life and the darndest thing...women love it. I've found a use for the body I was given and made the best out of it. I encourage you to lose weight if you feel you need to lose some to get in better shape. Find a sport where you can use your bigger physique and make a name for yourself. If you do find something you're passionate about and you're good at it, you'll become a lot more interesting as a person. If professional athletes in the NBA, NFL and beyond played for free they'd STILL get laid like gods.

If you can pull them while you;re big, then it will be easier to pull them when you've shed the weight

I've seen some massive guys with really hot gf's /wives, women don't care about mens' weight as much as guys care about girls' not that it doesn't help to be in shape.... but look at ralphie may as a prime example. He didn't get his wife by being in good shape...

Personality is 90% of the picture with women. They want to have fun. If the guy who is giving them fun is fat, so what.

Having a little extra weight won't affect your chances, but having a lot extra weight will. I can tell you from personal experience (as a girl) and from what I see with my female friends that a lot of extra weight is a turn off for the girls. It's not about the "looks" as much, but the fact that girls usually don't see a really fat guy as a sexual being. The reason for that might be that really fat guys don't have the confidence to escalate because of the low self-image. 105 kg is not that much for your height, so I don't think you're too fat. But I do know how you feel because I had the same issue in the past. I was 20 kg overweight and my confidence just wasn't right. I wasn't pulling because of it. When I lost the weight, my success skyrocketed. It's all about how you feel. If you don't feel sexy, girls won't find you sexy either. You're already losing weight, that's great. Before you get to your desired weight, dress great and be really well groomed, so when you look in the mirror you can say "damn I look good". I can totally relate to you not wanting to go out because you feel like you're not yourself. Your self-image is not congruent with the current state of your body, so those feelings are perfectly normal. But don't make the mistake of locking yourself in your room and not going out, it will eventually get you depressed. Look as good as you can right now, go out and have fun. Ask that girl out and let her meet the great guy that you are.
The hardest thing for me when I was overweight was to love my body and make the effort to look good, dress well and just nurture myself. I felt like there was no point since I was fat and that no clothes, make-up or haircut can make up for that. Very very wrong. It makes a huuuuge difference, not only in looks, but in self esteem too. As the weight started dropping, I felt better and better and my confidence grew, I started enjoying getting new clothes and taking care of my self. So the best advice I can give you is to work on looking good right now just as much as you're working on losing the weight. You will feel a lot better and you'll be more confident. This weight you have won't effect your success with girls, only your mindset can do that. Hope this helped!

I'm 1.76 cm and used to be kinda fat until a few years ago. I weigh almost 80 kg now, mostly muscle. Just go and do your workouts and learn to like your own body. Confidence is attractive.

Keep going out and approaching. The mindset of thinking that everything has to be 100% perfect before you do an approach is a real motivation killer.

Since you're doing exercise, I think your problem probably comes down to diet.

The number one most commonly effective, long-term solution for losing excess bodyfat is to cut down the amount of carbohydrates you eat per day, especially if they are simple, refined carbs such as sugar, white bread, white pasta, white flour, pasteurised or from concentrate orange juice, fizzy drinks, milk chocolate, potato crisps, etc.

On top of this, eating 5 SMALL meals per day, instead of 3 large ones, keeps your metabolism going throughout the day.

Replace the carbs with a balanced intake of high-quality protein and fats from grass fed beef and lamb, free-range eggs, whole, unpasteurised milk and cheese, grass-fed butter, and fermented products such as bio-active whole milk unpasteurised yoghurt and kefir.

Have a serving of organic, nutrient-dense vegetables at least once a day, especially spinach, kale, lentils, avocado, onion, garlic, and spice with cayenne pepper to boost metablism, and turmeric for extra immune system protection. Walnuts are the best all-round nut for health, and can be added to a simple salad for extra crunch.

Finally, 1-2 servings of fish per week ensure optimal omega-3 levels, especially salmon. Avoid frequent tuna intake due to high levels of mercury contamination.

As well as diet and cardio exercise, the best way to lose fat is to gain muscle, as increasing muscle mass boosts resting metabolic rate, meaning you're literally burning fat just by sitting around! Work on low-rep, high weight muscle building routines like the classic 5 x 5 , including plenty of squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.

Hope this helps, and feel free to PM me if you want help putting together a diet programme that you can actually stick to!

I am 6'4" and 280 lbs. It's way too much fat (very low metabolism), but my attitude overcomes that somewhat. That's what Game is for - to overcome weaknesses. In the meantime, I'm working on a weight program and diet.

Yea man its all about how you present yourself, im 6'3, 280 but i got alot
of confidence. Walk with your head high/back straight if you feel confident then you will be confident. One thing i noticed is that you might not think a girl is into you, but you just go up and talk to her, then you guys actually hit it off, if you really want a girl you just gotta go in for it bro.
